Weight Loss Theory 1

We Burn Fat by Working Out,
Working Out uses Energy.

Studying takes up Energy.
Studying = Burn Fat?

So.... Lose weight Studying!!! :)

Actually, We put on weight instead.
Here’s why>>>
When we study, We use our Mind Power.
We also use our Mouth Unfortunately...
(By eating) Yeah, our mouth can be very busy..

*Energy Input (junk eating) > Energy Output (studying)
Conclusion: Theory Failed. Studying = Weight Gain.
Because energy consumption less than energy consumed leading to excess energy in body that turn into fat.
Studying is Bad~~  :(

Life as Students

I Cram, I Cram and I Cram,
I tell myself I’ll cram,
Just a little more before, going to bed.
So, I cram, I cram and I cram some more.
Then,
I woke up in the morning,
Pages stuck to my face,
From a pool of drool on the book.
Never mind, its library’s book.

I Burn, I Burn and I Burn,
I let it burn till it’s all gone.
Put in a new one, and I burn some more.
Then,
I cough and I fan,
Urgh, now my room is too fragranated and warm.
And the candles are all gone too..

I Read, I Read, and I Read,
I tell myself I need to read,
Finish it by today.
So I read, and I read and I Read some more.
Then,
Pages covered with writings,
Writings covered with highlights,
Highlights covered the table.
And table covered with snacks, chocolates and junks.

I wait, and I wait, and I waited,
I tell myself it will be alright.
So I be patience and waited some more.
Then,
The lady casually strolled out the door,
Hands full with envelopes.
The results are out!!

Oh the misery of assignments, the distress of revisions, and the horror of waiting for the Golden envelope. All these are the ups and downs experienced by students 2 – 3 times a year.
(No wonder we have mood swings and we rebel some times.)
But all this bitterness will be follow with sweetness. So enjoy!!~~

Fly Away~~~~

Aarrrggghhh~~~~

I wanna Fly!!! Fly away, far far away..
I wanna Fly!!! Fly up in the clouds..

I wanna Jump!!! Jump up and down...
I wanna Jump!!! Jump off the Vista....

I wanna Run!!! Run and not stop...
I wanna Run!!! Run till my Heart's content...

I wanna Stop!!! Stop Worrying..
I wanna Stop!!! Stop Distracting Myself....

GOD~~~ So many Wants....
Now, More Wants.

I want to be able to hold myself in place,
Tell myself I can do it if I put my heart into it.

I want to just do things, Not having to think of consequences.
But that is not what life has taught me.

I want to not think of what is coming when this period is gone.
But when the time is here, I will have to face it no matter what.

Time does not turn for us,
We have to move in according to time.
Time will not wait for us,
So, we have to catch up and make time.
      Time is precious,
So, treasure it, value it, appreciate it.

Use Time wisely,
    Use Time properly,
Cherish Time,
    Generate Time.

Why Life?

Why is life so difficult?
Why is life so tough?
Why is living so hard?
Why is life so unfair?
To Us? To You? To them?
When will it change?
When will it end?
When will we rest?
When will we obtain?
Happiness, Hope, Goal
What should I do?
Where should I look?
How can I help?
As I want, I desire, I wish
As I Feel, I Sympathise, Emphasise
Tell me what I should do?

It's Not Like That

Don’t say it if you don’t know it,
Only say it when you are sure of it.
Don’t ask for it if you don’t really want it,
Only ask when you really need to know.
Don’t do it if you don’t mean it,
Only do it when situation requires it.

Must be my luck to say something and then that something happened ten folds (X10). Great~~~  @.@
Sometimes, there are things that should not, must not, and doesn’t have to be said nor expressed out loud. Keep it to ourselves, within ourselves, only known to ourselves.
Be careful of what you ask for, thinking twice before really deciding on it. Make sure decision made is the best and sure. Because once decided, there will be no going back. Make sure there are no regrets in these decisions.
There are also things that must not be done, doesn’t have to be and could be avoided. Self-discipline, self-control, will power and strength to restraint self from doing the wrong thing at the wrong time.
What is done is done. Cannot be reversed nor taken back. Right actions will be advantages, but if decision is wrong? Do not sulk on it, Work on it! Repair it, mend it.
No one person is perfect, No one person has not done wrong before. It’s not the wrong that you have made, but action taken after that. Do you repeat the same mistakes? Or do you work on it, and take it as a lesson that prevent you from doing it again?

Words, and Everlasting Word~~

Words can have everlasting effect, different meanings; used in different context, different ways, by different people.
We use words to make sentence, we use sentences to make speech. We use then speech in conversations.
Children use private speech often. To think out what to say, how to say it and when suitable to say it. Children learn to speak this way making use of their cognitive ability that’s gradually developing and improving.
Do the adults still? Since their cognitions are already ‘developed’, do they still use the private speech in conversations? Should they?
It is so important to think out what to say before saying it as words can have negative effect on top of positive ones. Negative ones, especially are everlasting, breaking relationships, widening gaps, misunderstandings, hurting people’s feelings.
Do we revert back to childhood behaviour and cognition, taking for granted that we are old enough to know what to say that we don’t even control what we say anymore? Or maybe our reversal cognitive ability causes us to act and think like a kid again?
One can never be too careful. We should always be careful of how we speak and behave.

Games, Rivalry, Lies and Friends

What does everyone make of life?
I can look at Life as a Game. Every day you walk a path full with challenges, obstructions, lies, rivalries etc. On top of all these however, you would also experience happiness, success, victories, and satisfactions.
We walk the path of a gamer, every level harder than the other. Still we must go on. Because the game will never end until we end it. The End however, is not an end as there’s always another game. It will only really be The End when the life of game is ended.
The ups and downs should not be experienced alone but with many people and friends around us. One to pull us up when we fall, one to cheer us on when we are tired, one to care for us when we’re hurt, another to tell us when we are wrong. Some will protect, and stand up for us when bad things happen, others will comfort us and lend a shoulder to cry on.
Never feel like you’re walking the path of life alone. You are Not! Look around you and look carefully. There are people around you that care, and love. Cherish these people and offer what they’ve offer you.
Friends are important people you should always remember and cherish.

Every Little Thing Matters

Every little thing matters. No matter how big or small the things we do, it will have an effect on something, someone.
Showing concern, asking about the person, caring about, a little pat, and a minor little gesture has a meaning. We may do it out of reflex or just used to doing it, but to others may mean a lot. Feeling worth it, gratitude, cared for, aware of by others.
These will make people happy at that moment or the whole day.
Not having to explain ourselves. Just the little gesture means a lot. Spending time together, joking, and laughing with each other.
Thank you for showing concern, thank you for asking, thank you for the times you turned around looking for me, the times you asked about me, smiling at me.
Thanks for understanding.

A Bag of Revel

People are variables; different, flexible changing every time, any time at anywhere. That is why we hear phrases such as never too old to learn. (We also often hear; Don’t understand you at all, you’ve changed a lot)
Path of growing, aging is ever changing; we changes so often we cannot keep track. Why do we change? To learn, to improve, to adapt. How did we change? Through learning, through improving self, through life-style adaptation.
I think yes, Live is like a Box of Chocolate; you won’t know it until you taste it. It is also like a bag of Revel Chocolate. Life is full of sweet & bitter things. There those which tastes nice and there are those which are disgusting and also those that are ambivalent.
They all look the same, but taste different... So which are you going to decide upon?? After popping it in your mouth, you just know you either like it, or hate or undecided.
Then what will you do? If the you do not like the choco........?
Are you going to stand there wondering what you are going to do with the choco in your mouth? Undecided on your paths, decisions, awaiting someone else to tell you what to do.....
Are you going to throw/spit it out? Give up, forfeit, not trying, not wanting to change, explore and not continuing with the decision.......
Or are you one who swallows it anyway? Figuring a way to not go through it again. Discovering a way to distinguish and to solve the problem and all the other? Knowing you don’t like it but still finishes the task no matter what.....
In our life, we will have to make a lot of decisions. More than half of them are wrong ones. What is more important is how you go about correcting the mistakes, future plan and improvements. Going through with it and revise it along the way.

Circle of Life

When we walk, we may fall,
When we fall, we will stand.
We know no failure without trying,
We know no success without failure.
We may taste bitter after tasting sweetness, but
We won’t appreciate happiness, unless we’ve experience sadness.
At the point of birth, we walk towards death.
We are born to live, and then live to die.
We have to die to be reborn, and then born to face death.
Without death, there will be no life,
Without life, death would not exist.
Death is followed by life,
Life then leads to death.
So,
Life is not a beginning, Death is.
Death is not an end, Life is.

I read once; When we are born, we walks towards the end. Even so, the end is the beginning...
I hope....
Every step we take, we take it whole-heartedly,
Every place we go, we go willingly,
Every print we leave, we leave so others may follow,
Every mile we walk, we walk it gladly.
This I write in remembrance of a teacher. One who lets me read when I failed to write. One who encourages even when I’ve given up. I try now, because I hope she will too. Even though I know I’m not good, I try my best wishing she will too. Fight!! And get well soon!! We love you!!

ChatBox

For no reason, I’m reading the University’s blog this morning. Just read a few and found that I’ve read most of it. They were sent out to students’ email. Then, just when I want to close it, a little white box on the right caught my attention. It says: ......(please keep comments professional) Hmm.... how professional can a ChatBox be??
Though it boils down to what the function of the Chatbox is, and where it is. In a random blog, or a business, professional blog?
Chatbox in this particular blog I believe should be a professional one (it’s too obvious isn’t it?) but people still put in comments which are too personal and Unprofessional. Do we read instructions? Or do we not read instructions? Now isn’t human complex?
Should heart-breaking comments be made public? Are random comments meaning no harm but can be self-harming necessary? Contradicting comments?
Maybe some comments should be let slide... not made. Some things left untold. You could say it, but not publicly? Personally send out an email to concerning members?
Remember I mentioned we don’t know each other that well really. How do we know a person until we really do? Even then, we might not still really know the person. Is there an X-Ray – like machine to check out how a person really is like in the inside? You can make a lot of money with that...
I was just wondering whilst reading the ChatBox if it’s better to comment on the post instead of the chatbox? Or maybe some comments are better sent to the emails are suggestion box in Uni instead? I guess then the emails would be flooded with emails. And there are too many suggestions to read. Some are not relevant too...
Let’s not have the chatbox then...  Then, problems again... No way to give out suggestions... writing on paper is a hassle, wasting papers, killing trees... Students can’t be bothered to write suggestions? Or to see councils regarding matters? Better for the council? Fewer things to do?
Then people complain again... Why no suggestion box? We are not receiving enough feedbacks from students... How??
See!! Life is a mystery... Human is complex and confusing. We are never satisfied, we can never be perfect, and we cannot make everyone happy. We just can’t!! Or can we?? (*hoping.....) Sorry Maslow... I’m killing you hierarchy. Self-actualisation is a Scam!!

Life is a Mystery...

Are humans worth studying?? Why do we study human behaviours? Why do we study animal behaviours? We know people are different. So what?
Do we tell them? Do we change them? What if they won’t listen? They don’t want to listen. Knowing and Doing is 2 different things.....
It’s interesting some may say. It’s fascinating to know. To be able to predict or foretell what the person is going to do or how they are going to react from looking at them. SO??
Many people do that most of the time. Whether the prediction is right or wrong is another story. Imagine that you are observing a guy by the road. Thinking you can sort-of guess what he is about to do or what he is going to do, you guessed. Now, if you guessed right, what do you get from it? And if you get it wrong?
Some say we can change things if we know from advance. But how much can you change? Can you change it if the other party don’t want to change? I know a guy who likes to warn people. This this this will happen if you do that. That that that will happen if you this. If they listen, OK. If they don’t? Will the warning really be right? Or maybe a twist of fate, the warning didn’t come true?
Fate. Leave it to fate. But many people take fate into their own hands. How about THAT!! We control our life, others don’t!! Is that really true? How much of it is true??
Yes, I guess we are interesting to study... We changes every moment. We changes so often we can’t even tell when we change. We just do. But is the change good or bad? Right or wrong? What we think is right might be wrong for others. We may think we are good, but others may think the opposite. We may think we know the person well but we actually don’t. Vice versa.
So, can we really understand others? Do we really understand others? Should we criticise others? Shall we study others? Maybe we should study ourselves??  o_O   ~_~!
The world is not perfect. We are not perfect. It’s never perfect. It can never be perfect.
